THE FOUNDER

Cremas Creole was founded by Haitian-American entrepreneur Chrissie Daudier in 2019 with the intent to create a modern, flavorful version of the traditional Haitian Cremas recipe. Made with love from Daudier’s kitchen in Queens, NY, Cremas Creole is a sweet and creamy beverage native to Haiti, where her family is from. Cremas is served as an aperitif and usually replaces dessert wine at festive gatherings.

On November 20, 2019 Chrissie along with a few friends were celebrating a mock Thanksgiving affectionately referred to as ‘Friendsgiving’. Similar to a potluck, everyone was to bring a special dish or treat from home. This was the pivotal moment when Cremas Creole made its debut. With music playing in the background, people singing while fixing their plates with food and filling their cups with drinks, the gallon of Cremas Chrissie brought over finished within seconds! Everyone could not stop raving about how amazing their cremas tasted and longed for more. It was truly the highlight of the night.

Word on the street spread about ‘Chrissie’s Cremas’ and it has been a crowd-pleaser ever since! Today, Cremas Creole has so many customers from numerous states on the U.S.
