Due to Covid-19, please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for your order to process before being shipped. We work to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, however we do ask all customers to be mindful that we are proud to have stayed true to our roots by packaging each delicate order by hand with extra love and care.

CREMAS CREOLE, LLC. does not operate on weekends and national holidays. Please plan delivery time accordingly. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for orders as delays might happen occasionally. Please allow extra time for your order to process around US holidays. shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery charges are computed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order had shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally during this time.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please send us an email at info@cremascreole.com containing proof of damage and your order number.

Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 2 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be refunded.

Delays

Please note that our delivery partners are also experiencing delays with a large volume of orders to deliver and this may impact your delivery time. If your tracking information tells you the package is β€œdelivered” but you did not receive it, you can file a claim with USPS for further clarification.
